2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by the Customer ( “the Customer” or “you” ) when the Customer orders Öresunds Deals products or products from Öresunds Deals partners, via www.oresundsdeals.com. For orders placed via www.oresundsdeals.com, we only enter into agreements in Swedish and Denmark. By placing an order for Öresunds Deals products, you enter into an agreement with Öresunds Deals Europe.

2.2. When you order Partner Products, you enter into an agreement with www.oresundsdeals.com and the respective Öresunds Deals partners. Contact information, including company name and address, to the relevant Öresunds Deals partner is provided on the product page for each Product.

2.3. By placing an order, you are also deemed to confirm that you are: (a) 18 years of age or older and not under guardianship; and (b) resident in a state in the Öresund Regionen or European Comunity.

2.4. We only deliver with in Öresund Region (Sweden and Denmark).

2.5.   Öresunds Deals reserves the right, from time to time, to change these Terms and Conditions without notifying you as the Customer in advance of the changes in question. However, the General Terms and Conditions that are published on www.oresundsdeals.com at the time you place your order will apply to your order of Products. If the General Terms and Conditions have changed after you have placed your order, the General Terms and Conditions that were published at the time of your order apply to all matters concerning your order, ie. both for purchase and possible return process.

3. Order

3.1. By clicking on “Confirm / Complete purchase” in the last order step, a binding order arises and you thereby undertake to buy the Products that are in your shopping cart. Note that once you have confirmed your order, an order confirmation of your order will be sent via email. You are considered to enter into a binding agreement when you receive the order confirmation. Please note that goods ordered against advance payment are reserved on your behalf as soon as we have received full payment of the purchase and any delivery costs. We therefore ask you to make a full payment immediately after you have received your order confirmation, and no later than within seven (7) days. You agree that the seller may transfer its claim for payment to third parties, in particular to Stripe and / or PayPal.

4. Prices

5. Payment

6. Delivery

6.1. Our normal delivery times are 1-14 days (this applies including for the products that arrive within the EU) for Öresunds Deals. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent no earlier than the following Monday for oresundsdeals.com.

6.2. Should delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the e-mail address: office@xtakes.eu, respectively.

7. RECEIPT

7.1. Upon receipt, it is the Addressee’s responsibility to verify that the receipt for the goods corresponds to that in the order, that the information on the invoice is correct and that the condition of the goods, documentation and packaging is intact. If there are any visible marks that indicate that the goods may be damaged, it is the Addressee’s responsibility to note this and send an email to office@oresundsdeals.com, stating that the goods are damaged. The email must be sent the same day, or no later than two days. If the product is accepted without this being done, it will invalidate any subsequent complaints.

7.2. Complaints from the Customer are only accepted during the two calendar days after receipt. If this time expires without the complaint having been made, it is considered that the product has been received by the Addressee in perfect condition and quantity.

8. WARRANTY TERMS

8.1.The warranty for products acquired by Öresunds Deals customers and users will be handled directly between Öresunds Deals and the aforementioned end consumers and users.

8.2. Öresunds Deals is obliged to comply with the conditions in Royal Decree-Law 1/2007 of 16 November, by which the revised Consumer Protection Act and other supplementary provisions have been approved.

8.3. Products that have their own authorized technical support network will be subject to the terms and procedures of the guarantees established for them.

8.4. Öresunds Deals and partners offers up to 24 months product warranty, via Öresunds Deals suppliers, which only covers any manufacturing defects that the product may have. We expect Öresunds Deals partners to do the same.

8.5. Once the product defect has been confirmed by the supplier’s SAT, a refund will be made to your bank account.

8.6. If the product presented as defective has no actual defect, Öresunds Deals will notify the customer that no refund will be given. This product remains stored in the supplier’s SAT for 7 days pending confirmation from the customer if they want to take back the product, when payment of the corresponding postage has been made, or if they want to forgo it. After this time period, the customer loses the right to any recovery.

9. The warranty automatically becomes invalid in the following cases: When there is a loss or falsification of any of the manufacturer’s control labels and / or of Öresunds Deals/ Öresunds Deals partners and / or the supplier.

9.1. If the cause of the damage or fault is due to improper use, failure to follow the instructions in the accompanying manual, accidents, improper use, or various types of damage caused by other causes that cannot be attributed to normal use.

9.2. When repairs are performed due to lack of maintenance, adjustment, inspection and cleaning.

9.6. When the existing life cycle is shorter than the established warranty.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

10.1. Öresunds Deals makes no warranty and does not take responsibility for the unsuitability of the products for the purposes claimed by the Customer.

10.2 Öresunds Deals is not liable in any case from the Customer for direct or indirect losses or damages arising from or related to the subject of the current contract or the product’s malfunction, including personal accidents, damage to goods other than the purpose of the contract or loss of benefits.

11. CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR PERFUME, COSMETICS AND OTHER PRODUCTS FROM LEADING BRANDS.

11.1 Öresunds Deals has the right to use and exercise the rights to images of perfumes, cosmetics and other product brands on their website to transfer the above rights to Öresunds Deals platform. The above content is protected by intellectual property laws and this should be respected by the web visitors.

11.2. It is strictly forbidden to distribute the images and give the rights to third parties.

11.3. The suppliers of branded perfumes and cosmetic products sold through the platform have guaranteed Öresunds Deals supplier that all products are original, that they have been acquired correctly through their owners or through authorized suppliers with the necessary permits and permits for distribution.

11.4. 11.7. Öresunds Deals suppliers, official and authorized trademark distributors, expressly warrant to Xtakes that they have special permission to sell the products on the Internet through the Öresunds Deals platform.

11.8. The published images of perfume products may in some cases not correspond to the format provided by the manufacturers. Manufacturers reserve the right to change packaging and product format without prior notice.

12. TERMS OF SALE FOR FURNITURE AND DECORATIVE PRODUCTS.

12.1. Furniture pictures can be subject to small variations in shade. Color and fiber in natural wood furniture can vary depending on the nature of the wood during construction. In addition, the color configuration on each user’s monitor may display a tone or color that is slightly different from the original. Colors can also be perceived differently depending on photo quality and resolution. This fact does not constitute a reason for a claim from the Customer. Öresunds Deals strives to expose the products as accurately as possible.

13. Purchase / Right of withdrawal

13.1. When purchasing goods on the website, you as a Customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

13.2. In the event that a Product in Öresunds Deals range has expired or for some other reason is not available with observance of reasonable efforts, the purchase is canceled and the Consumer then has the right to get his money back regarding the purchase. 13.4. In the case of Partner’s goods, you can also contact them, but you are not obliged to do so.

14. When exercising your right of withdrawal:

4. 4. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return. We work to be able to arrange free shipping and returns. The products should therefore be sent well packaged and in the original packaging.

4. 5. On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum or the entire amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged product.

15. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

16. Complaints and complaints

18. Product information

20. General Terms and Conditions for Öresunds Deals Gift Certificates

20.1 Gift cards can be redeemed at Öresunds Deals.

20.2 Gift cards are valid for 12 months and take effect from the activation date and are not tied to a minimum order value. Cash payment or compensation in case of loss / damage is not allowed.

20.3 As a rule, the activation of the gift card takes place within 12-24 hours after the purchase.

20.4 If you cancel the purchase before activating the gift card, the amount paid will be transferred back to you. This does not apply to orders.

20.5 Gift cards cannot be deducted in orders afterwards. They cannot be replaced, and cannot be locked.

21. Dispute and choice of law

Disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions shall be settled by a general court in an EU member state.
